How we work

How Your Project Comes to Life

Tell us what you want to build and walk through our four steps — tailored to your goal, ending with a plan you can book.

First — what do you want to build?

Here's exactly how we'd get you

Our 4-step process

Step 1 of 4

Discovery Call

A relaxed 30-minute call to understand your goals, workflows and where software can save you the most time.

For your goal

We map your workflows, users and the features that will save the most time first.

For your goal

We map the repetitive tasks eating your week — quotes, follow-ups, data entry, reporting.

For your goal

We pinpoint where an AI agent saves the most time — support, sales or booking.

For your goal

We audit where your customers search and the fastest channels to reach them.

Scope & Plan

A clear scope, architecture and fixed-price plan — features, timeline and cost, with no surprises.

For your goal

You get a scope, architecture and fixed-price plan — an MVP you can launch in weeks.

For your goal

A blueprint for the automations and integrations that will run them for you.

For your goal

A plan for an agent trained on your business and wired into your stack.

For your goal

A plan across SEO, social and your site — prioritised by what drives enquiries first.

Build & Launch

We design, build and ship in focused sprints, with working demos so you see real progress every week.

For your goal

We build in weekly sprints with working demos, so you shape the product as it takes form.

For your goal

We connect your tools with Make, n8n and APIs so the busywork just happens.

For your goal

We build, train and connect the agent so enquiries get answered and booked 24/7.

For your goal

We publish content, run campaigns and launch pages built to convert.

Support & Iterate

We monitor, support and keep improving — new features and optimisations as your business grows.

For your goal

After launch we support, monitor and add the next features as your usage grows.

For your goal

You reclaim hours every week; we refine and expand the flows as volume grows.

For your goal

We watch real conversations and keep tuning the agent to handle more on its own.

For your goal

You watch traffic and leads climb, with clear monthly reporting on what works.

Pick a goal above to see how this step works for your business.

Under the hood

Ten phases, every build

This is our internal delivery standard, not a sales diagram. Smaller projects skip the phases that do not apply — nothing else gets shortcut.

  1. Phase 1

    Discovery & Wireframe

We agree the page list, the user journeys and any integrations before a single layout decision is made, then build a clickable wireframe covering every page at low fidelity.

You sign off the wireframe in writing before development starts.

  2. Phase 2

    Design System

Palette, type pairing and spacing scale get locked first and written into the stylesheet as named tokens — never hard-coded page by page.

Every colour pairing is checked for 4.5:1 contrast before a page is built.

  3. Phase 3

    Theme Build

We build the simplest template completely first and treat it as the pattern every other template copies, so the twentieth page is as consistent as the first.

Shared components are built once, not once per page.

  4. Phase 4

    Content Population

Real, approved copy and final assets replace every placeholder before QA begins. Any claim that appears on more than one page is checked to read identically everywhere.

No page ships with Lorem ipsum, an example phone number or a blank image slot.

  5. Phase 5

    Integrations

Forms are wired to their real destination and confirmed to arrive. Payments are built and tested in sandbox mode first — authorisation, capture and decline paths all.

Any step that needs a human afterwards is documented, not assumed obvious.

  6. Phase 6

    QA & Verification

Every changed file passes a syntax check, every page is requested live and confirmed to return a clean response, and every interactive element is walked through in a browser.

A fix is not done when it is written — it is done when it is re-verified.

  7. Phase 7

    Staging Deployment

The whole site moves to a staging URL as a single package, then gets the same full sweep again — local and staging are never assumed to behave identically.

You see the real site on a real URL, not screenshots.

  8. Phase 8

    Review & Sign-off

You review on staging and every requested change is logged as a discrete numbered item — then checked against the current build before anyone calls it done.

Nothing gets dropped, and nothing gets done twice.

  9. Phase 9

    Launch

We back up whatever is at your production URL first, deploy the exact package you signed off — not a newer one — and re-run the full sweep against production before calling it live.

There is always a rollback path.

  10. Phase 10

    Post-Launch

We watch error logs and broken-link reports through the first 48 hours, when real traffic first exercises paths testing may have missed, and keep backups on a rolling schedule.

Every post-launch edit gets the same verification as the build did.

Before anything goes live

The checklist we run every deployment

Not once at the end of a project — before every single deploy, staging included.

Every file passes a syntax check Zero errors, before anything reaches manual testing.
Every page loads clean Each page is requested live and confirmed free of errors, warnings and notices.
No placeholder content anywhere No Lorem ipsum, no example phone numbers, no blank image slots, no "coming soon".
Repeated claims match everywhere Pricing, coverage and process steps read identically on every page they appear.
Forms tested end to end Confirmed to arrive at the right inbox with the right field labels.
Payments tested both ways Success and decline paths both exercised in sandbox before live keys are touched.
A backup exists before we overwrite anything Your current site is backed up before the new one replaces it.
Written sign-off on the exact build We deploy what you approved, never a newer unreviewed version.
How we write your copy

Claims you can stand behind

Content is part of the build, not an afterthought bolted on at the end.

Concrete beats vague

"Next-day standard turnaround" earns trust. "Fast service" does not. We write the specific claim wherever the business can stand behind it.

Every number has to be real

We don't publish a statistic or guarantee your business can't produce on request. If a figure can't be substantiated we cut it rather than soften it.

Claims are checked against each other

Most content problems are not typos — they are two statements that are each true alone and contradict each other across pages. We audit for that before launch, not after.

Marketing never outruns your policy

Every figure and guarantee is checked against the actual source document. A headline that overstates your own terms is a legal exposure, not a copy choice.

Step one

It starts with a 30-minute call.

No pressure, no obligation — you'll leave with at least one thing you can action.
